What is COD?
COD is a short term for Cash On Delivery. Meaning, an appointment will be made between both party (FukuShop and FukuShoppers) to exchange the goods with cash. The transaction are made face to face. So you'll receive the item by hand.

Why I want a COD?
By shipping method, you need to cash in the sum before we send you the goods. And sometimes this type of transaction can be a scam (not with FukuShop absolutely). Money transaction made face-to-face are the safe bet.

How much does it cost?
There are two types of COD:
  • RM 2 - similar cost with a Normal Post (takes about 3 working days to arrive)
Transaction are made at a general location specified by us. (Sunway Pyramid, Summit, Alamanda). For example : Meet us at Secret Recipe, Alamanda at 3PM.

  • RM 5 - similar cost with PosLaju (takes about 1 working days to arrive - depends on location)
Transaction are made at a special location specified by you. (your college, your home, etc.) For example : We met us at an address mentioned by you.
  • Please be note that there are transaction above RM100 will NOT be charge for COD.
Can you send anywhere?
Currently, our COD service are limited within these are only. Other than specified you need to opt for Shipping Method. Sorry.

Anything else?
Right now, FukuShop already have quite a range of customers. In order words, we have been trusted for making a transaction via shipping but if you prefer meeting us personally, it's really up to you.
